My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Greater Kansas City real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Background

Having been born and raised in the Kansas City area has given me a unique perspective about the real estate market and how it has evolved through the years. In the past I have rehabbed homes and continue to add real estate to my investment portfolio.

My business background has been primarily in Banking and Finance. Starting in Retail Banking, which included being licensed by the National Association of Securities Dealers to sell Mutual Funds and Annuities, I then moved into the position of Mortgage Loan Originator. From there I moved into the Finance field, first in manufactured housing, and then, automobile financing.

Through downsizing and finally a complete company shutdown, I now find myself in a career I truly enjoy and look forward to everyday. I am constantly analyzing the local and national real estate market, searching for the latest technological advances, and researching advertising mediums to reach the largest target market. The real estate market is ever-changing, and you can trust that I am staying abreast of the latest news and factors affecting it.
